Supply-planning guide
Build the operational sequence.
Estimate liquid-nitrogen demand from the current manual fill volume, operating cycles, commissioning runs, transfer allowance and reserve. Facility EHS and the cryogen supplier still control storage, transport and use.
Base liquid = fill volume × all planned cycles. The planner then applies a handling allowance and operating reserve. If a supplier delivery increment is entered, it rounds upward to the next increment.
Build the operational sequence.
Review EHS hard stops.
Obtain current fill requirements before ordering.
Applied Physics can provide the model-specific documentation; the site and supplier must validate the logistics.
