Warranty, Support and Worldwide Shipping for AP Series Foggers
A high-value fogger purchase is not complete when the unit leaves the factory. Support, spare parts, training, freight, customs, destination utilities and warranty terms determine whether the equipment is usable on schedule.
Warranty must be model- and quote-specific
Do not infer warranty duration from another AP product family. Require the included coverage, extended options, start date, exclusions, return-freight responsibility, field-service availability and response process in writing. Earlier Applied Physics catalog data has described extended coverage for certain models, but the current signed quote must control.
Worldwide shipping questions
- Ship-to country and final site
- Crate dimensions and gross weight
- Freight class and lift/fork requirements
- Incoterms and importer of record
- Duties, taxes and customs documentation
- Dangerous-goods restrictions for accessories or batteries
- Local electrical compatibility
- LN₂ supplier availability at destination
- Installation, training and startup support
Support readiness
Before the first validation, identify the technical contact, service escalation path, required photos/logs, common spares, remote-support capability and lead time for critical components. Train more than one operator and retain the current manual locally.
Build a defensible fogger requirement
Send Applied Physics the room, process, utilities, documentation and safety constraints—not just a model number.
